Gold Coast Web Studio provides website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing solutions.The scope of work will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before the start of each project.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Full payment is due as specified in the project agreement or invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and materials needed for your project.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content (text, images, video, etc.) you provide does not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
You must maintain backups of your own data unless a hosting/backup package is included in your service plan.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom designs and code remain the property of Gold Coast Web Studio until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of the completed website and associated deliverables will transfer to you, except for third party software, plugins, or licensed content which remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Use of Services
You agree not to use our services or website for.
Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Uploading or distributing malicious code, spam, or offensive material.Infringing upon the rights of others.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or third-party tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Coast Web Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these external services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain payable. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
